Project Summary
The Thomas A. Edison High School project consisted of a three-year, 305,500 SF phased and occupied renovation and a 54,500 SF addition. Interior renovations included new floor finishes, paint, ceramic tile overlay on corridor wainscot, ceilings, doors, lockers, and restrooms. New mechanical, plumbing, and electrical and fire alarm systems were installed. The addition featured a two-story administration area and media center, band room, black box theater, fitness and wrestling room, chiller plant, and sprinkler room. Exterior improvements were made to the roof, doors and windows, and overhead door canopies.
