Project Summary
The Waynewood Elementary School project included a phased, occupied renovation and addition that totaled 89,904 SF. A new two-story classroom wing was constructed with classrooms, resource rooms, and restrooms. The new one-story addition boasts a stage, classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, restrooms, storage rooms, and a secure entrance vestibule. A portion of the existing roof was raised to accommodate a new media center.
