Project Summary
The new 15,000 SF, two-story Alexandria Fire Station #203 is equipped with two and a half operational bays and houses an engine, a medic, administrative units, and required personnel. The steel and masonry structure has the capacity for special service units. A temporary fire station was erected on the occupied site while the original 1948 structure was demolished. The new fire station was constructed on the existing site and is tracking to receive a LEED Silver certification.
