Project Summary
This new 126,000 SF apartment complex consists of six buildings and 108 units. The one- and two-bedroom units are equipped with spacious living area, full kitchens, and laundry rooms. The exterior of the wood-framed buildings consists of contrasting colored vinyl siding, a brick band, and shingled roofing. Site work included landscaping elements, play areas, a full-size basketball court, and a parking lot for 157 -vehicles.
