Project Summary
The Dr. Ronald E. McNair Elementary School project included a 13,001 SF new addition and a phased renovation to accommodate more classrooms and support spaces. The new spaces consisted of kindergarten classrooms, fine arts classrooms, administrative offices, a health suite, privacy room, and testing room. The project included a mechanical and HVAC systemic replacement to the existing two-story building in conjunction with the renovation and addition work. The school remained occupied while the addition was under construction.
