Project Summary

The Student Union Building II project consisted of a 250 SF addition and a 44,342 SF three-story renovation with a build out. The newly renovated second floor includes a small restaurant, game room, and an office area for student activities. The first floor houses an office for the campus newspaper. Renovations included updates to finishes, new elevators, and an updated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
