Project Summary
The Loudoun County Animal Services Facility project included the construction of a 21,439 SF state-of-the-art replacement facility. The facility features animal housing, intake and adoption areas, a veterinary suite for the treatment of animals within and being brought to the facility as well as a suite for Animal Control. Support areas required for operations were designed to include a multi-purpose room available for public use after hours and indoor and outdoor spaces for all pets. The animal services facility has specialized air flow to reduce disease transmission and building-wide sound mitigation.
