Project Summary
This two-phase project involved the design, renovation, and modernization of five residential halls that were constructed in the 1960’s. Interior renovations included asbestos and lead abatement as well as new finishes, windows, and heating and air conditioning systems. The existing telecommunications and electrical systems also received updates.
