JUNE 2025 Update
- Area A – Complete hoist installation and stage curtains.
- Area C – Complete walls and parapet framing, roofing, fireproofing, and dry system piping. Continue framing, MEP, pipe grid in TV studio room, and acoustical spray in dining/media areas.
- Area E – Continue ductwork, plumbing, light fixtures, painting, wall panel installation, gym equipment, ceiling grid, and fiber cement siding.
- Remove and replace windows in LG testing room and build temporary walls near the auxiliary gym.
MAY 2025 Update
- Continue sanitary and storm-line install in East side and continue grading.
- Area C – Complete roofing and continue fireproofing, framing interior walls, and installation of all MEP utilities.
- Complete roofing, fireproofing, and painting in gym and athletic storage areas.
- Install basketball hoops in gym and deliver wood flooring.
- Complete installation of lockers, toilet partitions, and toilet accessories.
APRIL 2025 Update
- Sitework – Continue sanitary and storm-line install and continue grading.
- Area A – Install hoist system at auditorium.
- Area C – Continue roofing, fireproofing, framing exterior and interior walls, and installation of MEP utilities.
- Area E – Complete roofing, fireproofing, and ductwork and electrical conduits in the gym.
- Begin painting in gym and athletic storage areas and installation of lockers, toilet partitions, and accessories.
MARCH 2025 Update
- Continue underground piping installation at South parking lot main entrance.
- Area A – Continue working on punchlist.
- Area C – Steel and deck detailing, framing exterior walls and parapets, roofing, fireproofing, CMU/masonry shear walls.
- Site concrete/asphalt work.
- Area E – Steel and deck detailing, air barrier for CMU walls, brick façade, roofing, resinous flooring in locker rooms.
FEBRUARY 2025 Update
- Continue underground piping installation at the main entrance of the south parking lot.
- Punchlist for auditorium.
- In Area C pour concrete slab, finish steel and deck detailing, and start framing exterior walls.
- Complete CMU wall construction in gym area, start swinging steel and deck, and apply air barrier to CMU walls.
- Finish above ceiling rough-ins in locker room.
JANUARY 2025 Update
- Continue underground piping installation at the main entrance of the South parking lot.
- Complete all necessary work in the auditorium wing for turnover.
- Begin installing lockers in the locker rooms and complete CMU wall construction in the gym area.
- In Area C, finish under-slab rough-ins, pour concrete slab, and begin swinging steel.
December 2024 Update
- Continue installing lights, speakers, and wood wall paneling in auditorium.
- Begin installing telescoping stands, folding panel partition, and fixed seating in auditorium.
- Continue prep for under slab rough-ins and start pouring concrete slab in Area C.
- Continue installation of ductwork, wiring, and sprinkler above ceiling in locker rooms.
- Continue CMU wall installation in gym and athletic storage area.
- Begin installing ceramic tiling in locker rooms and framing at exterior canopy at health room.
- Continue underground utilities installation at south parking lot.
NOVEMBER 2024 Update
- Continue pouring foundations in Area C and prep for under slab rough-ins.
- Grade and install underground utilities.
- Continue installation of ductwork, wiring, and sprinkler in locker rooms.
- Install CMU wall in gym and athletic storage area.
- Install lights, speakers, and wood wall paneling in auditorium.
- Install telescoping stands in house areas.
- Install flooring, railing, and painting in auditorium wing.
October 2024 Update
- Grade building pad and pour foundations in Area-E.
- Grade building pad in Area-C.
- Fireproofing in locker rooms.
- Install base pave at North West section of South parking lot.
- Continue interior work inside the auditorium.
- Grade pad and prep for foundations in West courtyard.
SEPTEMBER 2024 Update
- Completion of Phase 2 demolition.
- Pouring new foundations in Area C courtyards.
- Installing hangers in locker rooms ahead of fireproofing.
- Sitework continues in south parking lot.
