DECEMBER 2025 Update
- Continue stone placement and curb and gutter in East lot.
- Continue conversion of bio-ponds, spreading topsoil, and laying sod.
- Installing additional bike racks.
- Installing wall paneling on roof and work on ELTP panel on stage.
- Start installing fiber cement panels and canopies at the connector.
NOVEMBER 2025 Update
- Sitework – Continue grading in East parking lot, laying sod in front of concession stand area, pouring curb/gutter and sidewalk, removing existing pavement, and builtup of bio-ponds.
- Area A – Complete working on ELTP panel.
- Occupied Space – Completing punchlist items.
October 2025 Update
- Sitework – Completed built-up of NW section of parking lot and fencing at the loading dock and basketball court area. Poured sidewalks and planters at exterior dining area. Continued grading and utilities in East parking lot. Removed trailers and sea cans.
- Area A – Installed emergency electrical panel and added new unit in auditorium control booth.
- Area C – Turned over kitchen, dining, and media center areas to the school.
- Occupied Space – Completed punch list items.
SEPTEMBER 2025 Update
- Sitework – Base pave NW section of parking lot, pour concrete at loading dock and install fence, built-up of basketball court area, pour sidewalk and planters at dining area, deforestation work.
- Area A – Complete install of emergency electrical panel.
- Area C – Complete framing and installation of ceiling grid, kitchen equipment and MEP tie-ins, windows and storefront, lighting and mechanical units, and exterior façade system. Complete built-up of courtyard and framing for display cases. Working on flooring installation.
- Area E – Complete work on punchlist items.
AUGUST 2025 Update
- Sitework – Continue sidewalk and curb installation and built-up of basketball court. Mill and run utilities in parking lot and grade loading dock area.
- Area A – Install emergency electrical panel in auditorium.
- Area C – Continue installing drywall, finishing, windows, and storefront. Begin installing kitchen equipment, ceiling grid, and utilities above ceiling. Complete resinous flooring in kitchen, concession stands, and greenhouse, and finish staining brick in courtyard. Paint ceiling and install lighting in media center and dining area.
- Area E – Complete work inside the gym and work on punchlist items.
JULY 2025 Update
- Sitework – Mill and overlay, sidewalk and curb installation, built-up of basketball court area.
- Area A – Complete auditorium lighting.
- Area C – Continue drywall and finishing, built-up of courtyard area, and installation of kitchen equipment, windows and storefront, ceiling grid, and utilities above ceiling.
- Area E – Complete all scope work.
JUNE 2025 Update
- Area A – Complete hoist installation and stage curtains.
- Area C – Complete walls and parapet framing, roofing, fireproofing, and dry system piping. Continue framing, MEP, pipe grid in TV studio room, and acoustical spray in dining/media areas.
- Area E – Continue ductwork, plumbing, light fixtures, painting, wall panel installation, gym equipment, ceiling grid, and fiber cement siding.
- Remove and replace windows in LG testing room and build temporary walls near the auxiliary gym.
MAY 2025 Update
- Continue sanitary and storm-line install in East side and continue grading.
- Area C – Complete roofing and continue fireproofing, framing interior walls, and installation of all MEP utilities.
- Complete roofing, fireproofing, and painting in gym and athletic storage areas.
- Install basketball hoops in gym and deliver wood flooring.
- Complete installation of lockers, toilet partitions, and toilet accessories.
APRIL 2025 Update
- Sitework – Continue sanitary and storm-line install and continue grading.
- Area A – Install hoist system at auditorium.
- Area C – Continue roofing, fireproofing, framing exterior and interior walls, and installation of MEP utilities.
- Area E – Complete roofing, fireproofing, and ductwork and electrical conduits in the gym.
- Begin painting in gym and athletic storage areas and installation of lockers, toilet partitions, and accessories.
MARCH 2025 Update
- Continue underground piping installation at South parking lot main entrance.
- Area A – Continue working on punchlist.
- Area C – Steel and deck detailing, framing exterior walls and parapets, roofing, fireproofing, CMU/masonry shear walls.
- Site concrete/asphalt work.
- Area E – Steel and deck detailing, air barrier for CMU walls, brick façade, roofing, resinous flooring in locker rooms.
