Project Summary
This project included the demolition of a one-story 11,000 SF structure and the construction of a new two-story 48,416 SF building and mechanical plant. The building houses new high-tech classrooms, a tiered lecture hall, computer labs, staff offices, and conference rooms with video conferencing technology. Site work included sidewalks, plazas, landscaping, and covered walkways.
