Project Summary

This new Ducketts Lane Elementary School is 102,705 SF and exhibits unique design elements including outdoor classrooms, a wetlands observation area, and a boardwalk that leads to a stormwater management pond. The innovative and eco-friendly project features a geothermal water source heat pump system. The project was completed on a fast-tracked schedule.
