Project Summary
This three-year phased and occupied project consisted of a 283,279 SF renovation and an 84,827 SF addition for George C. Marshall High School. The two-story addition houses a classroom wing, administrative area, band room, and a black box theater. Renovations were made to flooring, ceilings, plumbing, paint, fire/sprinkler systems, and data and security systems. Exterior updates included new doors, windows, and door canopies as well as built-up roofing. Site work consisted of renovations to parking areas, new tennis courts, sports press boxes, and a rainwater irrigation system for athletic fields.
