Project Summary

This project involved the construction of a five-story, 183,000 SF residence hall. The 504-bed complex features two- and four-bedroom suites with study areas and laundry rooms on each floor. The building also includes new space for the Office of Housing and Residence Life with offices, conference rooms, a reception area, kitchen, and a parking area for 200 vehicles.
