Project Summary

The project included the design and construction of five buildings that formed a campus urban community. The structures totaled 450,000 SF and encompassed a mix of student housing, retail shops, a dining hall, restaurants, recreation amenities, and a fitness center. The five buildings were comprised of one- and two-bedroom suites with kitchens, common areas, and amenities. The fitness center totaled 20,628 SF and included an exercise area, basketball court, lobby, and locker rooms. At the time of construction, this was the largest building project in George Mason University’s history.
