Project Summary
The University Commons is an eight-building complex comprised of seven residence halls and one commons building. The buildings underwent 108,000 SF of renovations that included asbestos abatement, replacement of interior finishes, and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The commons building also received an addition with a new multi-purpose room and classroom spaces.
