The Development Services Building is an all-new 116,250 SF administrative office building. The central core of the structure contains offices, conference rooms, and bathrooms while the perimeter is designed for an open office layout. The lobby features monumental stairs enclosed by cast-in-place concrete columns and architecturally exposed structural steel elements.
