Project Summary
This newly constructed 174,500 SF middle school consisted of a 92,302 SF four-story building and an 82,198 SF three-story building. A 10,500 SF future addition was constructed, but not fitted out, for ease of expansion. Site improvements included parking lots, a bus loop, tennis and basketball courts, large retaining walls, geothermal wells, grass play fields, and landscaping.
