Sitework – Base pave NW section of parking lot, pour concrete at loading dock and install fence, built-up of basketball court area, pour sidewalk and planters at dining area, deforestation work.
Area A – Complete install of emergency electrical panel.
Area C – Complete framing and installation of ceiling grid, kitchen equipment and MEP tie-ins, windows and storefront, lighting and mechanical units, and exterior façade system. Complete built-up of courtyard and framing for display cases. Working on flooring installation.
